Oak Huntboard

This is another one of my earlier pieces.  When we moved into our new house and I started to set up shop, something was needed in the breakfast area of our kitchen.  I saw a plan for this in a book, bought some oak, and this is what I made.  While you cannot see them, my first attempts of hand cut dovetails are in the drawers (they are not pretty but they do hold the drawer together).  I wish I could make this one over again - I have a wonderful long and wide board of quartersawn oak stashed away that would look great on the front of this!
